  • Amazing!

Review for Ricochet: A London Villain Prequel by Catherine Wiltcher. This is the story of young Frankie & Ada. If you’re looking for a sweet boy meets girl love story with a happily ever after, Ricochet is NOT that. This is a dark, gritty, violent prequel that brings together two characters caught in the middle of a war brewing between the four London territories of British, Irish, mafia, and bratva, known as The Red Compass. Frankie is hellbent on avenging the massacre of his family, but never forgot the young girl he saw dancing in a window that night. Little did he know, his little dove Ada is a pawn, being held prisoner until her pending arranged marriage to a bratva king. With characters from four different criminal empires, Catherine Wiltcher brilliantly reveals the players, the connections between them and the motives behind their actions. The puzzle pieces tying everything together slip into place seamlessly in a cliff hanger ending that will leave you distraught and speechless. Catherine has assured her readers that Frankie and Ada will eventually get their happily ever after, so be sure to add A London Villain to your TBR!

  • Review for Bishop SEAL Team Blackout by Em Petrova

Taliyah was about to get married when she gets a call from the prison nurse where he dad is, he had been stabbed and his lung collapsed. The nurse also gives her a message about a cabin from her dad. She calls he fiancé on facetime and tells him what happened, he is not sympathetic and something he says makes her believe getting married is a bad idea. Bishop has left the navy after the death of his friend, he has move to the wood keeping to himself. On a trip back from town for supplies he comes across a woman in a wedding dress with a flat tire. He helps he change and during their talk realizes she will in the cabin near his. Shortly after she is at his cabin asking about wi-fi and there are three goons at the door. The couple is on the run, trying to figure her father's message, this is fast paced romantic suspense with plenty of action and heat. • Amazing!

I have only read Bishop by Em Petrova so far but if this is any indication as to the other stories, I can't wait to dive in to the rest. Taliyah and Bishop took my heart and now I am sucked into another special forces team by this author that I need more of. They come together when they least expect it but exactly when they need it. I practically read this in one sitting and couldn't put it down, even when I should have been sleeping. There is action, danger, some mystery, and lots of heat!

  • Good

This is for Bishop: Seal Team Black. When Bishop meets Charity it seems that her brother has made it happen. They are instantly attracted to each other. As they explore the connection that they seem to have, emotions evolve into more than a one-night stand. This is a sweet love story. • Exciting Action-Packed Story💥

My review is for Em Petrova's story Bishop:Seal Team Blackout Bishop feels guilty for not being fast enough to save his fellow brother in arms which causes him to leave his Seal Team. He heads to his mountain cabin so he can come to terms with what happened and he's finally making some progress finding some peace when he comes across Taliyah. Taliyah is in a wedding gown and she's struggling to change a flat tire looks like she needs his help. Taliyah had been at the church all set to get married when she gets a call from the hospital that her father was stabbed in jail. When she calls her fiance to tell him he tells her not to worry that her father will survive the stabbing but Taliyah didn't tell him that her father was stabbed. She immediately flees the church going to the family cabin no one knows about but on her way she gets a flat tire and meets Bishop. Bishop feels an immediate need to keep her safe and an urge to protect Taliyah that when danger appears he's going to do whatever he can to keep her safe and protected. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this exciting action packed story to see what happens. I would definitely recommend reading this book.
